Bone fish on drop-shot

Going up to Vidal later this week and want to get a few bone fish for live bait.  What can be used to target them in the soft baits and with what size jig-head and hook?

Managed to get them on 3 and 4 " minnows (watermelon pearl) and also 3" camo worms. Had a slower retrive on the bottom but not too slow. Added some random jerks and was on a few times with bonefish using this teqnique.

Hook size to fit the minnow and jig weight to suite the water conditions, heavy enough to make sure the minnow gets down fast but light enough to not affect the minnow action too much.
