boatings tips

I am a Newby with a recently purchased Ski Craft with 2x 50hpw yamahas, to be towed and launched with a Pajero Sport. I have included pics for verification that this is a Ski Craft? Maybe to be included are some of the negative and positive characteristics of the boat and motors or the tow vehicle. What to look out for. I would like to get out and catch some big stuff. Never caught anything bigger than a snoek off the back of a Kalk Bay chug. Any advice is welcome. I need to get my Skipper's and I need a Fitness. All other requirements are met and/or valid.

Nice boat , a skicraft yes
Great boats , better than acecrafts man
Great motors
Pajero will tow easily , any landrover better of course

Hope she gives you more pleasure than heartache

Take experienced skipper with to start , you will learn as you go along
Enjoy the boat and don't be/become a grumpy old skipper

Thank you Mercky for those words of wisdom. As a Newby I am at the mercy of what nature throws at me and if I am as successful plotting and navigating my way through life's storms and tribulations, I hope to become a wise jolly old skipper ....lol with a memory as deep as the oceans filled with many many happy fisherman's tails. As for the Pajero vs Landy...hhhmmm, I hope to have better luck their too...I will certainly keep you posted
