Hi Guys
I have been browsing the forum looking around for something differant where i could go boating for a day or 2. I have spoken to the lady at Umfula Resort near Parys and have tentatively booked for 4th Jan 2016 for a few dayz.Anybody have any better ideas than Umfula for boating (Knee boarding,Sking and learning to Wakeboard) for my 7 year old.We been to Rietspruit Dam (25% Full). Our local boating club Orkney Boat Club is fine but the slipway is so steep i use a winch to pull the boat out of the water( which i dont like very much).Potch Dam is about 80% full but i been there last week (prolly the safest bet for now cause i know the water quiet well).
But as is i like to keep on exploring. Just wish somebody that has been there could give me a bit of feedback.
Bearing in mind im from Klerksdorp and am trying not to go toooo far from home at this stage.
Oh and i forget our local Dam Klerksdorp Dam is 4% full Damn !!!!
