Boat Rods for Shimano TLD15

Good morning. I reside on the Western Cape, St Helena Bay on the West Coast. As a pensioner, I'm searching for 7-foot rods that are light and not heavy for my four Shimano TLD15 reels. I am new to boat fishing and have an Infanta 4.7m rubber duck and a category E skipper license. I will mostly fish Langebaan, and Velddrif in the Berg River and St Helena Bay. In addition, I also want to fish Witsand for cob. What 7ft rods can you recommend that are not expensive, that are light and not heavy for the Shimano TLD15 reel

Will the ADRENALIN LTB rod, measuring 7 feet and rated for 9-12 kg, be suitable for use? I would appreciate any recommendations concerning this rod.
