Hi Guys. I reside on the Western Cape, St Helena Bay on the West Coast. As a pensioner, I'm searching for 7-foot rods that are light and not heavy for my four Shimano TLD15 reels. I am new to boat fishing and have an Infanta 4.7m rubber duck and a category E skipper license. I will mostly fish Langebaan, and Velddrif in the Berg River and St Helena Bay. In addition, I also want to fish Witsand for cob. Will the ADRENALIN LTB rod, measuring 7 feet and rated for 9-12 kg, be suitable for use, is it a heavy rod? I would appreciate any recommendations concerning this rod. What 7ft rods can you recommend that are not expensive, light, and not heavy for the Shimano TLD15 reel?
