I have just purchased a boat in Durban and need to have the boat registered and the bouyancy certificate renewed. I stay in Ladybrand, Freestate and would appreciate it if any member could give guidance as to who I can contact in this regard. The closest towns would be Bloemfontein or Bethlehem.
