It comes back to the fact that if ppl dont see it - it doesnt happen - people eat meat the buy at the butchers or supermarket but they dont really care how it gets there and they dont want to know either. I used to work opposite a Pig abbattoir and they squealed all day long at night they used to play them music one such instance they played them the final countdown - ironic.
thus ppl eat tuna and supply for tuna increases yearly but ppl arent aware what pratcicesgood or bad longliners deploy to catch that valuable flesh they put into the that little tin and then ppl look for the dolphin friendly tins that is just a marketing gimmick if you ask me
