Blast from the past!

I was going through the post here and thought I would post some big old carp pictures, sorry no wheights....to long ago!

These were all caught in the Breede River, close to Bonnievale. In those days we still used god old boiled and hand ground millies and a can of whole kernal pips straight from the can!

Sorry about the QTY of the pics, I have the original 35mm shots and scanned these some time back.

Check the size of the fish and those paddle tails.

These we taken about 15 years ago. First pic is of Julian Maastrich (WP), Second & Third is of Craig Garrow (WP & Springbok).

I use to be a keen 'papgooi' angler and represented WP at Jnr and Snr levels.
