Any 1 fished blaauwpan recently in kempton park

Not sure if its closed, I heard someone drowned there recently.

Was there about a month I saw some nice carp over the 4KG mark

That place is Stuffed since the JET fuel leaked out there .. you are lucky if you catch on for the day .. i hold my record there .. smallest carp... LOL Rather go to homestead or bronkies...

some one did drown there about three weeks ago. i was there on thurday and caught my self two barbels . one came of with its tail bitten off and the other was small . the guys next me to were catching  carp but not anything big

I think he refers to Blaaupan dam where the jet fuel spilled into and not Ithumelela.
