Blaauwpan Dam

I went to Blaauwpan dam on the weekend...
On tigers and 10mm Boilies I pulled out some decent fish, considering that I did not think that I would catch anything.

Unfortunately you cannot stay the night there but if you could do a 2 night session I rate you could pull out some BFC there. So for being there only one day it was not a bad session. Most of the fish caught from 14:30. no canoes allowed but bait boats are, I do not have a bait boat so I had to use a spod rocket to get my ground bait in.

i have heard of big fish being caught there , but never seen it.

Nice and healthy carp, biggest I have seen is close to 7kg, but I have heard of MUCH BIGGER

Can use inflatable boat there? No moto just using peddle.
