I saw this thing in the jigging forum, never held one or stripped one but I liked it.
I needed one, so I tried to get my buddy to make me one but he was too busy, so I made it myself!
This is for binding rod eyes, tying flies or wrapping wind-ons. It had a drag system so you can set the preasure on the spool!
The rubbers are there for winding cotton onto the reel and the knob on the opposite side is for setting the drag.
