Bicycle tackle carrier

I got two fat bikes that I want to kit out, one for surf fishing (and the other for surfing).

I just want to know if anybody has gone through this proses and have some tips to share, i.e. attaching a luggage carrier to the back with a crate and rod holders.
Also, a good place to buy luggage carriers since the seem to be quite pricey (or maybe better to go to Mazeys and build something from scratch?)

Just to let you know that the operator of Fat Bike Fishing contacted me back with some very useful info, i.e. must have quick release, photos of the setups they use etc. with kick stands...
I would say anybody willing to share info so freely must be a good guide, go check them out ion FB or if you visit St.Lucia, their fishing trips look like super fun!
