hi lads...a quick question?anyone else having trouble ordering BFA products?i put in an order of easily 4grand as i know the boilies work and i've had awesome results on them.ordered directly from the man himself,now i hear from a couple people he's a difficult character and shouldnt even bother awaiting a response...going on 3 weeks and still not a word...crappy customer service if you ask me.any of you know of a shop stocking it?

Just get yourself GT Boilies from johann marais and Karin debes prices are good and they deliver the results and as far as i see and hear best customer service you will ever get very nice people.

Customer Service either does not exist in this country or very few people understand how important it is - It's gone to sh!t .......

Years ago when BFA was still BFA they were tops - made a boilie called CVB Cream ... wow that boilie was the business ....... where is it now ?

I don't think I'll use their service anyway

I received a 1kg tub of BFA Sweet X 14mm boilies. Tried to get more info about this product on web (label bit worn and water damaged so can't read)but couldn't find anything (apart from few discussion here and a contact number). Does this company still exist because the numbers ain't working. Any ways, is there anyone who can tell me more about BFA Sweet X. Thank you in advance

dont even waste your time bud...as far as i know he still does make boilies but only selling to select few...dont get why.as far as the flavor is concerned i got no idea,he made so many 1 time flavors,that worked just to stop making them.backwards thinking if you ask me.i have heard so many people complain about his lack of customer etiquette and service.try using them sparely.chances are they work and you will NOT find them again

Thank you for the response MrC. I was told to crush them up in to my feed mix, but decided to rather use them as bait. Going to private waters soon and will report back

SweetX as far as I can remember is a combination of sweetcorn and scopex flavours. Some years ago we did very well on it, in fact we did well on their other boilies too. Its a shame to hear theyve died off....

That's for damn sure.i caught fish on all their boilies.especially pine crunch and rudata. Guys were blanking right next to me and I'd get decent fish...with all that said,whether they work or not,if you don't have customer service,you have nothing

I agree. Bad customer service is a no-no. But as far as I can see the boilie market in SA is still wide open for more bait makers to make really decent baits. Theres been many fly-by-night baits thats come and gone, only a few have made it through lol.

Very true...market is wide open for quality boilies.one or two companies stand out that are available now but just because of their egos and them slagging other companies I will not support them...just dont have time for cocky attitudes

That is a pity. Best to stay neutral and concentrate on making good bait and meeting your customers needs. From there word will spread etc.
