Best fishing/crayfishing spots

Hi all

I am new to the boating scene. I live in Durbanville in the Western Cape. I will appreciate any tips from you experienced okes as to where the best fishing/crayfishing spots are closest to me. Obviously safe launch spots. I have lauched at Melkbos a few times but because it's a beach launch, it is dangerous to launch and beach when the water is choppy. I own a 4,5m semi ridged.

your best bet is to ask admin to move this thread to the offshore section,fishing spots you can try robben island,dassen island and cape point for the first 2 spots you will need a to be surveyed for 5nm and for crayfishing kommetjie and dassen hopes this helps a bit and
