As I said: "Been to Bergsig once before but it is not my cup of tea irrespective of the size fish."

We have caught plenty 30lbs+ carp there. All the pictures I posted are fish over 30lbs from Bergsig.

It may be small but one of the toughest waters I have fished ever, especially if you want the bigger fish.

Particles in Bergsig is a big no no. Particles fed there just pollutes the water as the carp do not eat it. It may attract the odd small fish but that is not what you want to catch.

Those fish have been conditioned with boilies and lots of it. Once fish are conditioned on boilies they prefer not to eat particles anymore, especially the big fish. I have never seen a 30 pounder in Bergsig caught on a particle.

There is no reason why one would want to fish particles in a dam that have seen so much boilies.

Have you actually been there Logicarp? Have you seen the particles rot in the water uneaten? Have you caught anything decent there?

If your answer to these questions are: no, no, no then I do not see how you can make any decent contribution to this thread.

No need to be a Pro to comment but it's stupid to make comments about a venue you know nothing about!

So to all newbies, listen to advice given by people who fish and actually understand venue that the topic is about and not just some random crap comments!
