hi guys

i booked a couple of days for my self at benjoh/vaal  De Soleil i've never been there if anyone can help me with good places to start and what flies work well at a sertain time of the day......i would appreciatet it and is there any place for some dry fly action

Early morning, till about 10 am I would fish the streams at the top of the property, go through the gate and drive/walk to the next fence. Follow the footpaths and hit the streams. Late afternoon you might get some dry action in front of the new cottages (Vaal de Soleil)
Take a few shrimp patterns in size 16 to 10 + the normal selection of yellow flies. For dry fly I love to use a size 16 -18 Kaufman Stimulator.

kopper john as a dropper, and either a green rock worm or a hotspot at the back, u can also make a trip to te schoemansdrift bridge from benjoh car and fish the river there
