Beginner Tackle Box

Hi guys

What are essentials to have in a tackle box.

Going saturday to stock up and sunday to meerhof.

What are Beginners essentials to have except enough ?

Policemen,Traces with different weights including Vaaldam and Rietvlei,Glowsticks for night-fishing,10 leaders with snap-swivels.

I would stack at least 10 different boldips/sprays, 5 different kinds of floats and 5-10 muti's. (Sweet and Strong flavours)

Take along 2 buckets, 1 for water and 1 for mixing groundfeed (Plain because you can add flavour).

Think thats about it.

Basic Dips for me is: Almond, FX, Ebony, Devilsfork, Q35, banjo, Tjop Tjop.

My basic dips are, FX (caramel), Almond, Bunspice/Cinnamon, TCP, Devilsfork (Garlic/Almond), Gurgle (TAC, TCP Almond FX combo) and some fruit flavours.

Cake Flour or Semolina to make dough.
Floaties (mostly plain, but I always seem to have almond and cinnamon flavoured ones these days)
Mielies (Supercast plain)

Traces and materials for making traces.
A scale.

The rest you will just gather as time goes buy and you will be wondering "where did all this stuff come from and did I really use it at some stage?".

Plain floaties small and big.
Earth Worms, Millies, SA powder
