Beaut of a yellow

My daughter, Gabby, decided she has had enough of the "toy" rod and reel so I decided to buy her a bigger (7ft) rod and reel combo. First cast with her new rod and wammo, a beaut of a small mouth yellow (2.9kg)!! Caught on plain brown bread, weightless rig, in the Klip near Uitvlugt farms (Vereeniging)

This is her personal best, her biggest yellow ever! She has, however, already caught a carp of just under 7kg before, so she is racking up the catches quite nicely now. Way to my girl, I am proud of you!
