Go to a hobby shop.
They will have a charger for you.
I paid R600 for a charger that charges almost any battery including the 12V 7.2AH sealed lead battery that most Bait boats use.

I see you are in JHB there is a nice hobby shop in Hillfox.

all you need is a alarm transformer with a 1 amp charger board.
then get a better quality battery at hansa, in Bedford view.
they have a 3 onth guarantee on their batteries!

pm me if you want more info

I can suggest a  charger from Current Automation ( Kya sand) for under R 300.00 . 12V 2 Amp charger with light indicator ( red charging - green full)  They are direct importers of battery charges , power supplies and batteries too.
Ask for 15 % discount - that is what I get normally

Battery is more story to it .

Want one that lasts - Then Panasonic or Yuasa - then one above all is  Sonnenschein Dryfit but not worth the price ( sold by National Battery )

Panasonic is about R 400.00 , Yuasa same

Rest of China once are all so so - no much difference between them and all around R200.
