Friday morning i got up early to see if i can get some late autum large mouths,the conditions was exelent and the fish were feeding like mad on the surface,i started by useing all my topwater lures,chug bugs,dying flutters,spro frogs,small skitter props and pops but nothing happened,i changed to salmos and had a few smallish ones of 800gm to a kilo having a go at it but not as it use to be.
In desperation i took out a fat rap type lure made by storm lures and had action from the first cast,as soon as it touched the bottom it was on time,none of them big but i was sure i will bump in to something worth the while,the day passed by and i changed over to plastics and had less fortune,well at 11h00 i went out and i spotted all of these small bream,there must've been zillions of them,its amazing for this time of the year!!!!!September is going to be a killer.......cant wait!!!!!!!I didnt take picks of the fish,but here is tome of my gear and those fodder in the shallows,had to use my polariods in front of my camera to take a better pick!!
