Bass fishing in the Vaaldam???

there are plenty of bass around the Denneysville area

...some very decent fish comming out...especially in the bays where there is all the structure you could wish for....rocks, trees etc...

MMmmmm.....I must go give it a try there. Normally I just get stuck in papgooi , but something new would be leka.

Ek het so ruk terug in die Oranjeville are probeer maar met baie min success.. nie eers 'n byt gekry nie. Dit is seker 'n vrek dom vraag maar het iemand al iets gevang behalwe by Denysville?

Gooseman Ja. Jy kan vis kry in al die baaie by Vaaldam. Aan die ander kant van die groot eiland is 3 groot baie met baie struktuur en volop vis. Maak seker jy van met die regte kleur aas anders gaan jy sukkel.

So what is the key colour - Junebug/black?

Ryan it does about 144 KM/H. Main colours are black. The bass will grab the lure on the fall 90% of the time due to the "muddy" water. So make sure your lure makes a splash when hitting the water. I caugth most of the bass off rocks and not so many of the standing timber. When you want to fish the bays behind the big island if you are launching at Denneysville watch out for the wind.
