Worms do work. but you're most likely to get a barbel, carp, bluegill or kurper.

Hi Byron
Its me Barry. You might be looking on the pounds side not the kg side of the scale because that fish looks to be more like 1kg . Not trying to be rude but I'm pretty sure that's not near 4kg. I have caught a few big bass bigger then that and they just reached 3kg on the scale. Maybe I'm wrong, just my opinion.

I have to agree with Barry here,,, Honest mistake i'm sure.. Nice fish though!
Byron, try and master the art of Bass fishing using lures, once you get the hang of it it can be a lot of fun and in my opinion, more rewarding...
