Hi owes I want to do some bass fishing in Worcester over the weekend, but CT has had some heavy rains,it has rained for about 7 days straight...How will this affect the dam and the bass in it? Will they still be biting or will it be dead?^^..

Can anybody give me some advice??

Thanks.

The best way to find out is to go fishing! I've seen fish go crazy after it has rained, but this was in summer as it does not rain in gauteng in the winter. The water is warmer after rain and it also has more oxigen in as before the rain, this will cause the fooshies to get more active, but note the water will be dirtier than what it was before the rain.

you will have no luck as far as i'm concirned. A weeks rain flushes plenty of mud into the dam (espicially dams) and the water becomes to muddy.

Call me wacky but trying to understand how these fooshies minds work is like trying to understand a woman. I say go fish this weekend, its better than sitting at home. You wont find out if they bite if you arent there, and you wont catch bass sitting infront of the TV.... except if you are playing playstation or XBOX ... LOL!!!

I do agree. Like with me on the vaal yesterday. People said that the temp was to low and the water to cold. I went out yesterday and had an awesome day on the river

The only conditions I have absolutely no faith in is recently flooded cold water. The rest .... bring it on. :)
