ballito diving

hi some advice please.
i will be in ballito for a few days from the 4th september.(sisters wedding) are there good shore dive spots there or nearby? anybody looking for a dive buddy?only in the week,unfortunately.at least one boat dive would be cool.
i only have a 5mm suit. is it too warm?

go to youtube and watch some of the Brod Whittaker vids! he shore dives in ballito in some of them and shoots some nice fish.

everybody i speak to up there says the waters been dirty and rough.10mm of rain and windy forcast for my 1st day there.it will feel just like home.
