Hi guys,

What would you okes suggest?

Save a little more and look at the Citica - A good all round reel. At the end of the day you need to get something that allows you to easily cast "weightless" baits and must have a good drag. There is nothing better than having good reels as it adds to the fishing comfort experience, even if it means saving a little harder or longer.

Or just buy another Crestfire, I just got mine and am loving it, really casts well with a .12mm braid ;)

What on Earth are you fishing for with .12mm braid? -Ragged tooth sharks?.........................LOL

Seriously Deon - what do you plan on using the reel for Bass, Barbel etc?
Worming?
Cranking?
Topwaters?
Spinnerbaits?
ETC

Nice choice there with the exceller. I was going to suggest that. I've got two of them. They have a great feel to them and are pretty strong. I found other reels to feel weak and flimsey. I love the fact that the exceller is mainly metal... For it's price, I'd say it's one of the best. Haven't had any problems with them...
