BAAAAAAAAD!!!!! BRONKIES

I dont knowwhy...after 3 weeks of success at the vaal river I decided to go to bronkies last weekend. It was really bad carp fishing,not 1 bite, I didnt see anyone else catching also.

Bronkies can be VERY easy,or VERY tough.

Ive fished there and slayed the Carp,but Ive also struggles my ass off....

Where did you fish at the dam?

To blank is not a nice feeling. We were at Rooiwaale on Saturday (7/08) and for the first time in 2 years I blanked at a club comp. A place that always gave me in access of 20 fish. The 'good' in it was that 75% of the club blanked. The wind was strong during the day and the water freeezingg cold. Not a good day at the office.

I heard that 1 bottle almond (Moirs) mixed with condence milk and a dash green floro is a good boldip at Bronkies, have not been there lately.

Jys reg Vossie.Kry gewoonlik baie goed by Bronkies op FX.Gumtree as die wind waai,moet nooit Amandel weggooi nie,Dronkwordspruit(Fluoro Amandel/Cherry mengsel).

En as jy nou wragtig teen 12 uur nog niks gekry het nie,dan sit jy 'n klein bolletjie op 'n P5,skoon floatie met SWD,en stamp alles VOL Cherry.Dit het nog elke keer daar gewerk,maar aan die ander kant,ek sal ook 'n Karp in 'n droee toilet vang as ek Cherry het.Ek glo in daai ding.....

KVD,whats the grass situation at BRonkies?

I sat about 200mtrs away from the slip way, at the gate they told me that they were trying to remove the grass but i still found alot of grass in the water.
