Hi

This has been a regular discussion on the forum and also appears in advertisements.

They state fishing tests.... (This is stated on the packaging and websites)this will depict the pressure a line can bring to bear on the leading hand of the angler on a 12' rod before the line would break.

The ISO90002 minimum Breaking strains of the lines are being issued with future lines, as the current packaging is finished up.

Unfortunately the line is packaged and prepared for the European markets and with our market being so absolutely minute we use the original packaging.

As always I recommend you purchase as per diameter and not the kg Breaking strain or you will be sorely disappointed.

The monofilaments have actual breaking strains similar to and up to 20% higher than equivalent diameter lines in the market today.

The lines are all parallel spooled and of Novamid material making it extremely low in memory and as they are silicone coated they flow much better in casting.

There are many unique lines with special characteristics that those who use them understand well ie....

Reflectors chamelon cammo by using background lighting

C+ Hypercast of NT70 Novamid which is incredibly light and casts a mile

Red Bravo with it's MATT Red that disappears 1.2m under water.

Please note the silicone coating requires knots to have on average 3 turns more to prevent them slipping.

Sorry to jump on to your thread @I want fish but I have a question for @Enigma, is there any Alpha Seagrand still available in 0.55? The lumo yellow one that came on a 600m spool? I have just spooled my last top up, to say I am impressed with the stuff is an understatement!
