Before i have been using my spearing buddy's float that is just a net bag tied onto a body board to throw the fish in once speared.
Now i guess for him this will become a bit annoying if i have to swim up to him and stop him to throw fish in his bag. So i need to make my own.
I have a body board laying around but i was think if there is an alternative because a board is far bigger that what you would ever fill up with fish so there is no need to lug around this huge thing behind you. I do have a bright orange buoy that i could use but this could get annoying because it will get tangled in the kelp the whole time because you would have to have the fish bag under it.
I do have float rope but i just need to find something that is small but still can have a bag on top of it (smooth over the kelp) so it doesn't get tangled.
I am not keen on the idea of just tying the float on to some kelp or anchoring it because than you can never move around.
Want do you use? What ideas do you have?
