as we all know the rivers had flooded which is good news for us shark anglers, i came back from school on wednesday wanting to fish at gonubie point but wasnt able to get a lift, luckily Ian wanted to fish and invited me with him, knowing we wernt going to stay long i brought my Bullshark and my Finnor 30 and one whole yellow tail. We get there and Darren is busy getting a bait in the water, by the time i get down on the rocks and throw in, darren gets a pull and drops the bait, i get the oppurtunity to slide my yellow tail head, 3min with my bait being in the water my ratchet starts to run
and then there is nothing, stand there for abit and then i feel it again, took a while to eat and started swimming off, hit the fish and starts to run on a 30m run and then turn it,before i new my back was starting to hurt, dont know if iv injured something in the previous fishing trips but anyway after a 20min battle i land a beautiful Male raggy of 110.79kg,188cm, pictures arnt the best but it will do
