Hi guys,

A strange request, I have an old army H frame (see pic) as a tackle box and I have lost the clip to the hip belt. This is the most important clip on the the whole silly bag.... it is most uncomfortable to work with out one,

Any chance one of you guys have an old one or a spare one lying around i could have would save me buying an entire new bag!

Worth a shot

Thanks

Maybe you can get one from an army surplus place, not sure if there are any in Cape Town, but there's a good one in Pretoria..

Take a close up pic (of where required), I want to see which one, couple of years ago I bought something like a 100 of these frames with spares which was distributed throughout Sealine, maybe I can steer you in the right direction

makro sells the clips outdoor stores as well

the entire hip belt can be purchased from tubarose in ottery

they make the frame sold separately

as well as the straps sold separately

glad to hear Bill is still carrying on with it. He should advertise.

Here is the female side of the clip! It is not the standard snap type clip at all (these are the ones I have found at Macro and outdoor shops!)

This one comes through this buckle and lies in side it!

Any chance @simen still has one lying around?

Hi. YKK, the famous zip manufacturer will have that clip.
Go on to YKK.COM website and find your clip.
I got mine from their branch in Durban. off north coast road.

You are looking for the male side of the clip, when I bought the H frames for the Sealine guys a couple of years ago we got extra of these clips from the "Army surplus store" in Mitchell str Pretoria.

Look them up and I am sure they would help
