Hi, I have been given an ark fishduk with a 5 hp Yamaha. I have a Minn Kota 30 pd thrust sneaker I would like to use in our local estuaries and rivers. My question is, what battery do you recomend for this motor, bearing in mind weight for the Fishduck, and me wanting to spend considerable time on the water. I also want to fit a fishfinder, what do you recomend, something that will show structure for bass fishing as well. Would I run this off the same battery, or use something like a gate motor battery in addition to my motor battery? How would you install this setup, battery in middle of boat? Any advise and pictures of your fishduk setups would be greatly appreciated?
