Ark Fishduc and Tohatsu 5hp

Hi guys
I have this Ark Fishduc and 5 hp Tohatsu outboard motor for sale in Langebaan. Neither have ever been used, or even been on/in water.
Both items about 2 years old, but completely as new. The current new prices are some R24k and R16k, a total of R40k.
Any offers above say R24k for both?
