Anyone who can give me some tips on what works at this venu please?

Watch out for the hippos and the rhinos. Someones pod got trampled in april. Wild dam so start off with particles. Tigers should do the trick

Thanks kusaf,seems like this venue is not fished very regular because of the rhinos and hippos,will keep a close eye on them,but i do know theres some monsters in there...

I fish it quite often for smallmouth bass and kurper. The problem there is the hippos are at the inlet where the campsite is located so you are never far from them. The pickup your lines regularly and you cannot fish safely at night neither take your lines out...
The hippos are sometimes stroppy and come out of the water and purposely chase you away.

seems like a day sesion seems to be the safest option then i had an overnight sesion there somewhere last year and the hippos did not bother me that much but maybe i was just lucky,they go out to the deeper water early in the morning then they stay there the whole day and then at night they come back to the inlet

The hippos do move away from the inlet but not always and the one bull is full of Sh*t. If you fish in the day it will be better as no fish is worth your live.
