Anyone keen on doing some free diving around cape town?

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and sport, and would like to do some diving around cape town. If anyone is keen or could advise good spots to go please do so.

welcome Craig... a nice place for freediving is Blue Rock in Somerset West but you have to dive it with people... are you lookijng for freediving places or spearfishing places?

Thanks for the info guys. I guess at the moment just free diving spots with good vis and sea life at around 10-20m. Maybe atlantic side?

Nice freediving in amongst the "pannekoek" rocks off Oudekraal.Vis normally pretty good there and quite sheltered.Reaches up to 27m at the back.It's a reserve so definitely no guns.Hottentot and seals for entertainment.
