Any body see the new rules at Donaldson dam regard

Any body see the new rules at Donaldson dam regarding the feeding of Particles.
It seems the syndicate " running donnies" wants this to be a boilie only dam.
It also seems that from Peg 10 to 14 is a bass only section, any body no a bit more on all of this??

To add to this I am doing a session from Stand 18 to 23 First time fishing it, any advice on these swims??
