Hey Trophy , sorry if I am stepping on toes here but please be careful guys - The above is misleading , Bag limit is only 2 Bronze Bream and not 5 as stated above.

Hiya Hawk Eye,

No problem, just living up to the name 'Hawk Eye' I guess.

I need to source a reliable chart that indicates all species and their restrictions per region?

If wrong it's a quick fix.

This is one of my favorite fish to target off the rocks, because they fight like demons, especially on light tackle. An interesting thing to remember, if you are fishing in the gullies, and you miss a few fish, check to see if your leader has any blood on the knots near the hook. If it does, there is a very good chance you are missing bluefish.

I don't have any scientific facts to back me up, but I've caught a lot of these fish, and fish for them often, and their mouths bleed easily, and I've often seen blood on my knots. I fish with 17kg leader, they have big teeth and will bite you off often on normal mono.

If you see this blood, scale down your hook and see what happens!
