Acecraft 16 make over

Ek gaan n bracket maak wat vas clamp oor my transom vir transducer. My planne het intussen bietjie verander.

sondor is baie duur.

veselglas is moer sterk!!!!

en om n hull the hole...will gedoen word, jy sal in slow motion dit weer herbeleef…..

Ek sal bietjie loer.
My trailer is darm heeltemal stainless steel so daars niks wat kan roes

Progress has been slow..recieved some rain last few days. Managed to cut some Nidaplast stringers and bulkheads.im using 20mm and the floor will be 18mm. Dont mind the bow that is still a mess..doing the back half first so that the hull will have support. I must still clean the hull before i fibreglass everything in place.i will be laying bottles on the hull with Sondor on top

So i have been away for a while but made steady progress. All stringers and bulkheads are done. The Nidaplast honeycomb is a fantastic product.Every compartment has drain holes that drain towards the keel.

I used the black 6 sided hdpe bottles against the hull and re used the foam strips that came out of the boat. I dont know if its Sondor but it has 0% water absorbsion. When i first cut out the floor the hull had alot of water in, the foam strips was submerged in water and it was bone dry inside the foam when cut open The 2 big compartments on the side is the hatches. Already had someone calculate my buyoncy and its 140% which is more then sufficient

Transom coated with poolcoat.Acording to datasheets the Poolcoat is more chemical and Uv resistant. Its a bugger getting it smooth but after a few trial and errors i got it right. I bought a R100 brush fron Mica that has very soft bristles and split ends
