Accommodation in Port Elizabeth

Hi Guys

I am looking for fairly priced accommodation in PE for Feb 2015.
Its for a family of 4 and must be close to the beach

Your assistance will be highly appreciated

Pine Lodge or Willows Resort if you don't mind self catering. Beachview resort if you don't get anything else.

Willows resort is right on the beach and secure - been there with my Family twice. It is not 5 Star but you will be safe. Not sure what budget you are looking at there are some upmarket ones also right on the beach. But Willows fits the Family bill as there are amenities for kids, a shop, tidal pools etc on site.

Hows the fishing what species can I target.
Will I be able to do some light tackle lure fishing

Fishing always good in Pe! Best of all is you can go from ultra light to extreme heavy and still expect to catch some fish. Light tackle lure you can try the deeper gullies and our many productive rivers for some fun. Not my favourite style so maybe someone else can give you better info.

If staying at willows you will be fishing mostly between the bricks. Some gully's around so the light stuff.
Down Pine Lodge side you will have Flat Rocks & Cape Recife. The later will be ideal for spinning & some paddletails.
But you are not limited to these areas if you choose to stay there.
From Sundays River to PE to Jeffs is a whole world of fishing!
