a good argument against a vegan

Hi everyone,
My sister is a vegan and is constantly arguing with me about fishing and how it hurts the poor buggers. I just cant get it through to her that it is not as bad as she thinks it is. She keeps sending me articles about the stress and pain that fish are experiencing.

She also sends me videos of people savagely slaughtering these fish. I just cant come up with a good argument.
And I cant just tell her to stuff off because, well, she is my sister.

So please guys I want to hear from many of you on sealine!
I need your counter arguments against this.
I desperately want to win this argument!

It is the way it has to be, The Bible is full of animal sacrifices, burn offerings and people eating animals and fish (remeber the two fish and the twelve loafs of bread), and that my friend is a bigger truth than her being a Vegan.

Lyle Watson wrote quite a lot in the 60's about the pain that various forms of flora suffer during fires, being cut down or plucked from the ground. Put her onto some of his books... and be sure to remind her about all the ants she crushes underfoot on a daily basis.

Whatever we do as humans has some sort of impact. Thing to do is to just tread lightly and give back to the planet wherever we can.

Besides, after a kiss and release, the fishies feel loved... some may even want to be caught again ^^..
