A few years back my PENN Powerspin V6000 ended up in the 'drink', got full of sand and generally became un-usable... I took it apart, gave it a minor service but it wasn't long afterward and the anti-reverse stopped working. I ended up losing interest in the reel, stripped it, put all the parts in a box and completely forgot about it...
Well as things would be, I've been helping a newbie with fishing equipment and while going through all my 'stuff' I stumbled upon my long forgotten PENN... lol. Anyway yesterday I decided to revive it, give the reel a third lease on life...
Of course the box, packaging and most importantly the parts list are long gone so I had to scratch around the net to find the information. While doing so I found stacks of great links for other reels, tips and advice on servicing and lots and lots of schematics...
Here you go guys...
