Sure looks like it. No reporting on bad workmanship and lack of ethics allowed. By deleting all of these posts about the boat builder who is endangering lives you are pretty much endorsing his product and approving of his complete lack of accountability.
Absolutely useless. Yes, I know there are threats of legal action, since when should that stop people for stating facts and warning their fellow man about the dangers of dealing with someone like this? Are you happy that some unsuspecting chap now goes and buys a boat from this builder knowing very well that he/she will be risking their lives by going to sea in this boat?
