This morningi decided to. Do a quick mission for a gallie. As I took the n2 turnoff onto baden powell, I felt my car beingjerked around by the wind... It was gale!!! From nowhere! Anyways, I got this gallie with a 10meter cast, on matured redbait, and this fish really pulled me FLAT! Great fight, and goingto taste great on the braai, after the stormers destroy the lions!

SToooooooooormeeeeeeeRssssss!!!!

Went to baileys at 4:30am, decide to stop at surfers made a cast in front of those huts on the beach as the water was ginger Beer colour apparently good for cob, so with lots of hope I decided to make camp, first cast bloodworm, lots of mullet in the surfer so decided to get me some live ones, 30mins later throw out a live mullet, live mullet comes back with tale bitten off, cast him back ,come back with only the head, but there was no pulls on my rod, what was that, didn't spot a seal either. Stayed there till about 9pm but nothing happened, went down to baileys fished on the drop of the low with mullet fillet, skinned (maasbanker tips ) noting came out stayed till about 1pm, but the water looks good at surfers. Are you allowed to fish at surfers cause a jogger told me you not allowed to fish there. Anyways heading down to langebaan tomorrow to try my luck., any advise and prayers will be appreciated, lol

I'd wage a bet there were elf about. Elf take tail first. As soon as that happens, switch to a steel trace and make sure your hook is set lower down The mullet and sitting proud.

I've heard that they don't want you to fish there between sunrise and sunset. After that fishing is allowed.

I suppose they scared you'kll invite a shark closer to the surfers.

Popped in at Baileys the afternoon, but water was wild. Went to Zandvlei to check out the guys spinning for Leeries.

Two guys got some hookups just before sunset. Then made my way back to Baileys. By the time I got there the water had dropped to far back and the rocks were slippery. There were a few guys fishing, but nothing, that I saw, caught.
