i know you get spraypaint in Lumo colours , pink , green , yellow , i am sure you will find it at a hardware shop in Nelspruit .
another tip i can give you when buying the spraypaint is to get some brand that uses laquer in the paint , or pigment base , Arolax is useless , the last time i bought a can it was like 60 bucks , Its was Montana highdensity paint , that WILL work !

Hello John F. Price is gonna depend on which product you require, the terms Flouro/lumo are used loosely to describe either bright colours - those that appear bright in low light or those that glow eerily in the dark.
You say you want glow in the dark then you are looking for a Luminous pigment, this is actually a Phosphorescent pigment which is used on things like divers watches etc. The pigmentation captures light (Radiation) and re emits it very slowly, hence the glow in the dark feature which will eventually run out. When I last worked with these pigments (from BASF) they were only available in the pale yellow to greenish range, not sure whats avail now though.
Flouro/Dayglo wont work in the dark but will be easier to see than solid colours.

got lumo/phos in dark blue, scarlett, red,pink, green,lime green from china just landed samples . blue phos with 24hour life ZAR 5700.00 per kg from europe got mine for $18.00 per kg got to love the chinese mate .
