Apparently you can cut a walla walla to make it smaller before trolling it. Does anyone know how this is done ? Do you cut the tail or head side ?

I think it may be a personel choice but I heard that trolling from a jetski with a thick flurocarbon leader  about 8m produces more hits than fishing with wire,I am new to the game and wondered if anyone could comment.I fish mainly on aliwal shoal. Does anyone know if using a clip when changing...
