Hi Everyone

If you like me i am constantly looking at new techniques for fishing, rods etc.

Use this website

www.keepvid.com

and you can download all the videos. If your streaming them on your PC you are using Data any way so why not keep the collection of your favourites.

Just copy the web URL (link) in the top of Internet explorer and paste it in the box and vola...

Nice link but I prefer this Freewre download, it's a lot quicker and you can queue 100 Tube streams and download them when you go to bed

Nice one man.

But, also try "ant video downloader". Its plugin for internet explore and firefox which adds a button in your browser to download any video from any website not only youtube. Only problem with this, you can download the video in 1 format only, .flv format.

But whats better for youtube is, if you add the letters "ss" to the video url before the word "youtube" and hit enter (eg. http://www.ssyoutube.com/watch?v=Uu0P4_200NU), you can download any video in multiple formats, .flv, .mp4, .3gp, .webm, etc with different image qualities as well. By doing this, it takes you to a website called SaveFrom. You can read how to download from other websites as well including youtube on the SaveFrom website.

Have fun! :)

Real Player has a download tab that appears at the top right of the clip as soon as you start running it. If you click on it, it will open the download box. I generally then exit the video, leaving it to download while I browse for other clips. The format is .flv but can be converted to any other format within Real Player or with the likes of Pazera.

Let's you select the download format and therefore the size of the download.

You can download the video as a MP4 at 480 px which reduces the download from for example 48mb to 7mb saving bandwidth and hard drive space

I had a look at youtubedownloadersite. It looks good, going to give it a bash. Thanks for that.

One of the other things I like about Real Player, I use it as an audio streaming player and whilst streaming, it buffers the last 30 minutes and allows you to replay or to record withing that last 30 minutes.
