White mussel Blouberg???

Where do i find white mussel in blouberg area? i saw a lot of guys a while bach taking out bags infront og big bag just to the right of the rocks but went down and tried without any luck.

Down in PE where i gome frome the buggers are averywere and you sommer take out as you need a few while fishing.

Any help will be greatfull
