Here is an Ultegra that I did for Earl, for Liam to take to nationals. This reel had the handle shaft and main gear carrier bearings corroded stuck no amount of persuasion with even a hammer would help release it. I ultrasonic cleaned this reel 6 times so a lot of effort and time went into saving this reel from the bin where it would have ended up for sure. I only have 4 photos to share due to the amount to time spent here alone. Look at the bearings you will see how corroded they are on the gear. Then look at the housing and parts and worm drive afterward, it looks like it came off shimano assembly line now. Thankfully I could revive this in time for Liam to take along to nationals.
