hey guys are there any places near here in the river were 1 can fish without the boats taking ur lines? and what should i use as i have never used a lure for fishing and i am new to this!

pm Ian Senekal on sealine he has fished Sundays for years with bait and now fishes exclusively with soft plastics.

At the mouth you will definately get some flathead around the dropoffs and small garrick in the channels... In the dirtier water a bit further up u should get kob and around the bridge you can get grunter, kob and shad

If you are going towards the mouth you will have lost of options. Most boats tend to move between the 2 slipways.

Best options would be plugs, spoons, lead heads, camo worm, Shrimp and Minnows.

Aqua, for a flattie, do you reel the dropshot in on the bottom/sand, slow or fast? Some advice please.

ok shot thanks guys i will give him a pm coz i really want to get into this game coz it looks so leke when the fish takes and u have the rod in ur hand.. is there other ways to get to the mouth with out a boat? coz i only have a rubber ducky with troling motor if u get what im saying!
