Does anyone know how the bass fishing is nowadays at struben dam, has anybody been there lately, what works ?

Extremely slow fishing... there are still bass in there but they are difficult to come by. I personaly wouldnt get my hopes up to catch a few.

If you do want to try, use darkish natural colours like W/Candy and fish weightless along the side. Also fish extremely slow.

I havent been there since the rain about a week ago though.
