Hi Guys
Quick survey on the demand for boat shelters on the coast of Natal.
I have recently moved into a complex that doesnt allow boats and as a boat owner have had to scramble my boat around at friends and families houses.
I did an enquiry about shelters at DUC and there is a 3-5 year waiting list :/
and couldnt find any other suitable places to store my boat.
I have recently purchased some land close to the beach in Warners and plan to build a couple big garages to accomodate biggish boats-up to 21ft
Im sure Im not the only one needing a place to store my boat near the coast,please ask your friends with boats and other colleagues if there is interest in having a lock up shelter with a wash station,electricity and secure storage of the boat and gear.
Im am going to build 3 at first but if it's viable I will build another 6-7 on the property.
Please post comment and thoughts and I will post updated pics as I build
